Coconut Sugar Body Scrub

I made this body scrub in less than 10 minutes and it makes a lovely gift! You can use any extract or oil you want to scent it. I used pure lemon extract. Next time I'm going to use pure peppermint extract.

Here is what you need:

1/2 cup of coconut oil 

2 cups of sugar

1 tbsp of mint or lemon or vanilla extract

2-3 drops of food coloring (I used 1 drop of green, 2 drops of yellow)

Mix it all together in a bowl and then spoon it into a container like the one I used below. If you are keeping it in the shower I would use a plastic container so it won't break!

Use on your face or body when bathing and enjoy!

Winter Boots From JustFab!

Remember this wish list I told you about? Well I now am a proud owner of the Clarksburg winter boots! Here is me wearing them today right before I took my daughter to her gymnastics class:

No make up or jewelry for gymnastics- I may have to demonstrate a tumble!

These boots are amazing and Im certain I will be wearing them till summer! They are really comfortable to walk in, super warm and fuzzy and my feet feel cushioned and protected from the wet cold weather here in Portland. The bottom half is some sort of rubber toe material and I was able to walk through puddles with no issues! I highly recommend these boots. They even come in black!
