Balsamic Rosemary Pork Chops

This recipe is fast and easy. We don't eat pork in our house almost ever. In fact this will be the second time. So I needed a recipe that was delicious yet super easy to make because I'm not super experienced in cooking pork in any way.

This was a take-the-pic-fast-before-my-toddler-ruins-it picture.

You need:
pork chops of course- I used two but you can use up to six
1 tsp chopped up fresh, or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp coconut or olive oil
2 pressed garlic cloves
1 can of chicken broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
skillet pan

On medium heat melt butter, oil, salt, pepper and sauté the garlic garlic about 1 minute. Add the pork chops and cook 4 minutes on each side until golden. Remove the chops.
Add broth and vinegar and stir. Cook until liquid is reduced by half. Add pork chops and cook for 5 minutes or until done.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
